The manager told me that it was shift change and there was nothing he could do. I asked a cashier that was behind a closed window to get me the manager and she said 'no' so i went to security and they got the floor manager who I asked if they would please open another window they had three people back there doing nothing. People who had spent a hundred dollars to get the points then waited more than an hour in line to get a $5 or $10 freeplay and now they can not get the slips exchanged for cash so they can leave. But that is not the worst part at 4pm they shut down all of the payout machines and all but a single cashiers window They had a casino full of people trying to leave.

This same problem occurred last year with a couple of the promotions and they should have learned from that.

They had lines that had an hour or longer wait. After advertising a promotion giving everyone who earned 50 player points a wallet with up to $500 in cash They clearly had no idea of how many people would take advantage of the offer. I regularly play slots at all three of our local casinos and never have i been so angry for a pure lack of customer service as experienced today at Menominee Casino.
